Fan of Sweet Child o’ Mine? The 1989 Guns N’ Roses came out barely closer to Return of the Jedi (6 years) than it did The Phantom Menace (10 years) but now seems to have found it’s Star Wars home with The Mandalorian.
The video has Guns N’ Roses Mandalorians play a gig with a typically cute baby Yoda causing typically cute havoc.
Behind this music video is a group known as The Merkns, and they have a history of pop and geek culture mashups. Surely, though, this is one of their best.
Fans of the Merkin brothers can follow the antics on Facebook or even support the group from as little as $1 a month via Patreon. Incredibly, the Patreon only has 285 supporters. While that’s vastly more than Geek Native, it feels like far too low a figure for such a talented group.
