RPG designer, animator and storyboard artist Skull Dixon has created some excellent horror for Tuesday Knight Games’ Mothership and plenty of fantasy monsters.
For example, he’s the author of Dungeon Pets, a system-neutral illustrated bestiary that contains critters like the Goylette and Hammer Boar.
Dixon also draws monsters on Twitch, and you can grab a stat-free compilation of such creatures in Here Be Monsters.
The Gift Golem is a Christmas Monster and the most recent addition to Skull’s Itch.io. The 6MB document is a Name Your Own Price download and comes complete with 5e stats.
Is the Gift Golem a creature that your party will thank you for? Well, that’s not given. The stats come with a random table to see what sort of surprises are in store for adventurers who encounter this odd creation. They’re not all good!
