At a glance, that clashes with Dragonmeet which co-managed by Modiphius’ Chris Birch and has a website that’s hinting at something happening online but Modiphius explain how the two shows will be run in parallel.
Fallout and Dune RPG
At ModCon, Modiphius will showcase several of their games in panel sessions including the new (the second) Fallout RPG and Dune.
Dune: Adventures in the Imperium got its first art reveal last week. The 2d20 Fallout RPG has been in playtest since January.

Modiphius has brought on Guy Sclanders to run and coordinate GM focused panels.
Schedule
Players and GMs are directed to StartPlaying.Games to find and create games. As it’s a Modiphius event, running sessions of Star Trek Adventures, Infinity, Conan, Vampire, Mutant Chronicles, John Carter, Dishonored, Odyssey of the Dragonlords are encouraged.
Panels start on December 4th, at 7pm UK time each day and tun to the 6th. These will be found at the Modiphius Twitch channel.
Dragonmeet will run a broader selection of panels on the 5th.
