Friday the 20th of November was Trans Day of Remembrance, I had no idea, and that is the point!
Here in Scotland, trans rights are under attack with the Scottish Government putting the Gender Recognition Reform bill on hold. Certain high profile writers push the fiction that protecting trans rights means reducing the rights of anyone else.
So, to help raise the profile of Trans rights and Trans Day of Remembrance several Itch.io RPG publishers put together a bundle deal. This is a global project with money being donated directly to funding campaigns run by and for trans people.
22 indie RPGs are available for only $5 but only for the next three days. Your $5 will get you nearly $150 worth of downloads.
The campaign, organised by @Laurie_eee, explains;
With trans rights under attack across the world, healthcare, housing and employment is also becoming harder to access. Thousands of trans people are reliant on fundraisers to cover basic expenses or raise money for vital healthcare- healthcare that should be free and easy to access.
