Following the success of Kal-Zar’s Bane, which was 7 one-shot adventures, the Laidback DM has returned to Kickstarter with a set of three.
The latest Shotglass Rounds are adventures for D&D 5e, complete with 2 new monsters, 2 new magic items and maps (with and without grids). It’s a tempting offer if you’re running low on funds with all three one-shots available for AU$5 (about £3). You can check out the details and pledge at the campaign page.

The three one-shots are;
- Cold as Ize: A northern village is held hostage by a sea monster, while the village chief seems to know more than he’s letting on…

- Dungeon Darque: An old school killer dungeon on an island went missing years ago, but now it’s back and everyone seems to want the prize within…
If you want to go higher than AU$5 with your one-shots then AU$25 (about £14) will get you 33 one-shot adventures, and I imagine that’ll have your library of back-up scenarios padded for quite a while.
Even more? Also possible, AU$40 (about £23) will get you 45 one-shots and a book of 20 maps with adventure seeds.
The expected delivery on the Kickstarter is January 2021.
