As we trundle to the end of a memorable year, we’ve been looking at D&D stats with the help of D&D Beyond.
I don’t mean character sheet attribute stats but ut player behaviour. For example, what are the most common character classes or subclasses? You’ll find quick links to all the top five reveals in the footer of this article.
Have you ever wondered what character classes are represented in a typical D&D group? Well, D&D Beyond’s data shows that the most common D&D party consists of three members.
So, let’s look at the most popular composition of three-member parties.
Most common D&D parties
- Cleric, Fighter, Rogue
- Cleric, Fighter, Wizard
- Barbarian, Cleric, Rogue
- Fighter, Paladin, Rogue
- Druid, Paladin, Rogue
Oddly, Cleric doesn’t make the top five most popular classes. However, Fighter, Rogue, Barbarian, Wizard, and Paladin do.
