DM John Lemay is ex-military. He knows the USA national parks well and has used that knowledge and that inspiration to put together online tools for battle maps, art, photography, thematic monsters and even voice acting clips. As voice clips are an unusual offering from a publisher, Geek Native has permission to share eight, and you’ll find them below.
The all-digital product needs $3,000 to fund on Kickstarter. There are still 20 days left to run at the time of writing, and the campaign is more than halfway there. You can see the latest tally and join in from the pitch page.
Each of the 5e National Park packs has 1 battle map, 5 photos, 1 piece of point of view art, 1 video, 5 monsters, 4 encounters and 200 words of voice acting.
The assets are unbundled, so you can use them as you want, but Shard is the virtual tabletop that the campaign references.
Overhead…
As you…

The parched rocky…
The ground
Despite…
The sound of rocks…
The Kickstarter notes;
The box text from each national park is read by a professional voice actor. DMs can click on the box text in the pdf to play the audio. Each national park comes with 200 words of voice acting. Click on “Play” below to check it out!
A pledge of $6 is all it takes to get one of the 5e National Park packages, and the following tiers add one more park for every $6 you offer.
In addition to the PDF and digital files, each tier (other than the $1 level) also includes a Shard tabletop package for convience.
No matter which tier you go for, the estimated delivery is May 2021.
