Arcane Minis are back on Kickstarter, and their Airship Campaigns project has smashed through the CA$ 200,000 mark with ease.
A printed version of the company’s 5e rules supplement for D&D players along with STL files to 3d-print monsters and minis at home will now happen. The project is closing in on its 3,000th backer, and there are 24 days, at the time of writing, to do it. You can find out more on the pitch page.
The Airships Campaigns project follows up on the Skies of Sordane, which had over 5,500 backers by the time late pledges were added. If you missed that project, you can secure the designs from it as add-ons in this one.
Sordane is a 5e-campaign world set in the skies with factions, trade and conflict. Airship Campaigns is more about the product than it is about adding to the world with supplements. Arcane Minis say;
This campaign is a prelimary foray into the world of creating printed products for our faithful customers and backers. We have ambitious plans to flesh out the ever growing world of Sordane in the future. Many, many, plans. And they all start here. If we are successful with this campaign, it will jump start the content creation division of Arcane Minis. We will be able to create more lore, adventures, items and art for all of you outside of even this Kickstarter.
A pledge of CA$ 25 (about £15) will get you a PDF of the 5e book, with 6 high resolutions digital ship maps and all related stretch goals.
It’s a pledge of CA$ 55 to make that a physical book. Alternatively, $55 will get you 70+ STL files which, if you have a digital printer at home, you can use to make minis for the setting.
It’s CA$ 65 for either the PDF and physical book or the PDF and STL. If you want to skip to the end and hit the “just give me everything” button, then pledge CA$100 as nearly 200 people have and get everything. That’s about £58.
No matter where you back, any reward you’re due for your pledge has an estimated delivery of December 2021.
