Red Box Vancouver, known for games like The Nameless Grimoire, Class Warfare and The Nightmares Underneath has rebranded to Chthonstone Games.
The game designer behind the company, Johnstone Metzger, can be found on Twitter as @Chthonstone. We’re told the name is pronouned chun-thawn.
The Nightmares Underneath is an OSR game, which DTRPG says was added to their catalogue in 2016, set in a fantasy world inspired by the Middle East and where dungeons are invading nightmares.
The Nameless Grimoire, Chthonstone Games’s top seller, is a supplement for The Nightmares Underneath.
Class Warfare is a rules supplement for Dungeon World. On Twitter, Johnstone Metzger recently shared his concerns on selling Dungeon World products. The long term goal is to move away from the system.
