Handimonsters is a Patreon-powered subscription service from Handiwork Games that delivers monsters.
The contributors’ credits reads like a hall of fame with talents like Jacob Rodgers (Adventures in Middle-earth, Symbaroum, Beowulf), John Hodgson (The One Ring, Warhammer, D&D), Scott Purdy (Pathfinder, Runequest) and Paul Bourne (The One Ring, Beowulf).
Occasionally, there’s a free monster slipped into the subscription for public consumption (or should that be for consuming the public?). The first six of these have been compiled and put up on DriveThruRPG as a free download.
The preview suggests we’ll get the Knacker, Quicksilver Troll, Spell-Thief, Holigean and Swamp Boulder among the collection.
The Swamp Boulder was a freebie shared on the Patreon a few days ago and so we can see the treatment here.
The Handimonsters offers monsters only for $3 a month or everything (such as VTT tokens, paper standees to print, etc) for $6.
