French RPG publisher Studio Agate known for Shadows of Esteren and FateForge are in the process of crowdfunding Vermine 2047.
The French language game is a post-apocalyptic RPG in which humanity is no longer the dominant force on Earth. Vermin are.
The game is written in the first person, with survivors explaining the world, and so players reading the book never have complete certainty that what they’ve just read is absolutely and entirely true.
To complement that sense of mystery, the RPG comes as three books; one for the universe, one for the rules and one for the group.
Studio Agate has a reputation for making gorgeous books, and Vermin looks to be no exception.
In an Instagram post that showcased both art from the book and pledge levels, Studio Agate commented that they are working on an English version of the game.
There is an English Vermine2047 site but nothing there yet.
