A modern fantasy in which the supernatural horror has brought parts of Heaven and Hell to Earth, reshaping the world and bringing a host of danger.
Characters in the game are Graywalkers, one of 36 Hidden Righteous Ones picked by destiny to save humanity. The setting will be available in 5e and for Weavemaster. The project asks for $17,000 to fund, is fresh out of the gates (of Hell), with a launch this week. You can pledge on the pitch page.
The GRAYWALKERS PURGATORY RPG is a game setting that is a stylish and dark modern horror fantasy set in a supernatural post-apocalyptic future world wherein parts of Heaven and Hell had merged with Earth. This was brought about by a cataclysmic event called the Rupture which caused the destruction of most of the world.
If funded, there will be separate books for the two systems. Weavemaster is the house system of Wyldekarde’s World, the entertainment group publishing the game. Wyldekarde describes the system as being more complicated than D&D’s 5e, using 3d10 for a more exciting, more versatile and more visceral tabletop gaming experience.

The book brings its campaign setting with the island of Purgatory, a landmass made during the Rupture, eight races and 10 classes or paths. Graywalkers also offers 20 builds, 200 gifts and 30 edges and flaws.
Vehicle combat rules for driving battles in the post-apocalyptic future and Weavemaster’s combat rules allow for creativity in melee.
It takes a pledge of $20 to get one of the core rulebooks in PDF. That comes with wallpapers as well as your name in the credits. It’s a pledge of $35 for both.
One hardcover, complete with a PDF copy and a bonus form-fillable character sheet, unlocks at $40.
There are higher tiers available which include more copies, tokens and other VTT assets. In fact, the choices for Purgatory go on, and on, and on.
The expected delivery for the project is February next year.
