Running on Discord from Saturday June 26th to the 27 there’s WOMEN+ RPG 2021 Con.
The two-day event is a female/queer-centric roleplaying gaming convention for women (cos and trans), non-binary and genderqueer. The weekend will host D&D 5e, Cyberpunk Red, Star Wars, Free League Publishing’s Alien RPG, Outbreak and Thirsty Sword Lesbians.
Meanwhile, this August in Washington, Otakon is planning a physical convention at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for anime and cosplay fans.
It’s expected the geeky expo will be the first major convention event to be held there as DC reopens. Attendees will require to be vaccinated.
Lastly, Gamehole Con 2021 is in October but Monte Cook Games are already wisely looking for GMs. If you love running Cypher System games, Numenera, No Thank You, Evil! then there are some perks.
The publisher said;
If you run two or more standard game sessions, or some combination of games and demos totaling at least eight hours, you’ll get a GM goodie bag that’s full of cool and useful stuff for GMs. (While the details are fully worked out yet, in previous years they’ve contained about $50 worth of fun and useful stuff.)
If you run 14 or more hours of games/demos, GameholeCon will reimburse the cost of your badge! That’s right, your GameholeCon badge is free!
Gamehole Con will be one of a growing number of hybrid events in 2021. It’ll be held at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin, and will have digital events.
