Badgers Bunker is an Etsy boutique that tabletop gamers should know about.
The Russian-based retailer has great reviews and some fantastic dice boxes. Recently, though, Papa Badger has been soliciting feedback on what they describe as a medieval style 5e D&D character sheet.
The digital download costs a few dollars and delivers three pages. The first page, as you’d expect, does most of the heavy lifting. On the second page, there’s space for abilities, inventory and class features. Then, lastly, on the third, there’s room for spells and spellcasting stats.
The medieval style on these character sheets comes from the hand-drawn icons used to visualise the critical parts of the sheet.
Design choices have grouped skills by attribute, created three slots for armour (with, without shield and natural), so you don’t need to do maths on the fly and have a large HP space.
Buyers get two versions; a form-fillable sheet you can use straight on your computer and print off. The second is intended just to be printed off and then scribbled on.
