Tomorrow, Grim and Perilous will remove seven Zweihander supplements from DriveThruRPG.
A bundle deal currently offers all seven, at a 20% discount.
The sunsetting downloads are;
- Golem – Ancestry for Zweihander RPG
- Krampus – Monster for Zweihander RPG
- Matador – Profession for Zweihander RPG
- Resurrectionist – Profession for Zweihander RPG
- Scarecrow – Monster for Zweihander RPG
- Ubasti – Ancestry for Zweihander RPG
- Wrestler – Profession for Zweihander RPG
We don’t know why the products are being removed, but we do know they’re expected to return later. In a blog post, Adam J Rose of Grim & Perilous said;
Some of our products on the G&P DTRPG page are going to be removed. The products (Ubasti, Golem, Scarecrow, Resurrectionist, Matador, Wrestler, and Krampus) will be available through Wednesday June 9th, and then no longer available on Grim and Perilous’s DTRPG page. You will be able to get them in a future product at some point, (the date they will become available again is yet to be determined), but in the meantime, we will be offering them up as a bundle, with 20% off! You can find them here for the next couple of days!
Grim & Perilous have the license to the Grim & Perilous Library and organise the Grim & Perilous Organized Play program, which features RPGs Powered By Zweihander RPG d100 game system.
In 2020, Zweihander’s creator Daniel D. Fox let it be known that they were looking to make investments in influencers for actual play programs. The step-up in activity follows the acquisition by Andrews McMeel Universal of Zweihander, which saw Fox join the company.
