Bandai Namco Entertainment’s Scarlet Nexus is an action RPG due out on the Xbox One, PS4 and PS5 later this month. It unlocks on Steam on the 24th. It’s a game in which your character has psychokinetic powers, and you use the environment as a weapon.
The game’s story gets into courage and heroism against a futuristic Japanese landscape inspired by anime and Western sci-fi. As you’d expect, it’s getting an anime of its own.
Funimation will stream the show outside Japan, and the Japanese premiere will happen on July 1st.
Solar calendar year 2020: grotesque organisms called Others have begun eating people. To take down this new enemy, the Other Suppression Force is formed. Saved by this elite team as a child, psychokinetic Yuito withstands the training to enlist. On the other hand, prodigy Kasane was scouted for her abilities. But Kasane’s dreams tell her strange things, dragging the two into an unavoidable fate.
