Well, it’s not Mario Kart, but Hasbro has made a Mario edition Game of Life complete with mini-games, star collecting and battles with Bowser. You can pre-order it from Amazon.
The gameplay has you move through the Mushroom Kingdom as Mario, Luigi, Peach, or Yoshi. Each is free to pick their own path and explore areas.
However, this Game of Life isn’t about trying to retire. No, the ultimate showdown is a battle with Bowser.
The coins you collect are used to boost stars, and it’s that battle with Bowser that you’ll cash those in. Mini-games are face-offs with others, and they’ll bring prizes, power-ups and even Companions.
Hasbro suggests the game is suitable for ages 8 and up, for 2 to 4 players.
