Zavvi and LEGO UK have teamed up for what I’m told is a “joint exclusive” pre-order.
On offer now, for a pre-order price of £149.99, is a 1,336 piece Imperial Lightcruiser. That’s the fierce ship featured in season two of Star Wars: The Mandalorian, and so with this spaceship, the five included minifigs are The Mandalorian, Cara Dune, Fennect Shand, Moff Gideon and a Dark Trooper.
Oh yes, there’s a minifig of Baby Yoda, too, a character known officially as The Child or Grogu. Look. At. How. Small. He. Is!
If you look into the model, you should be able to see The Mandalorian’s Amban phase-pulse blaster and spear and Moff Gideon’s darksaber. The ship has two rotating turrets, which are spring-loaded shooters, 2 mini TIE fighters with a launch, and even a hatch into the cabin.
If you’ve got the skills to put together the parts, you should end up with a 12cm high, 58 cm long and 22cm wide display piece.
