I still think of Dream Realm Storytellers as the young publishers behind Svilland. In fairness, though, they’ve probably spent more time being evil and bringing Corpus Malicious to Kickstarter.
It’s two years later, and back on Kickstarter, both Corpus Angelus and Corpus Malicious are being funded now. The project is a smash hit and about to hit £100,000 (versus the £12,631 asked for). You can see the details, latest figures and pledge from the project page.
The deal is pretty straightforward. If you want a lot of good and evil content for D&D’s 5th edition, then the Corpus Collection is for you. You must not mind it, or may even prefer it, having a biblical feel with angels and demons.
This epic collection includes two supplements of over 700 pages in total, two detailed settings and their maps, two card decks, two dice sets, a 12-map dungeon pack, 10 miniatures, a GM screen, two novellas, and a music album of 20 songs!
You can sample both with these two demo booklets as free downloads.

Introduced in this library of alignment-styled RPG options are new classes like The Witch and The Paragon. I’ll let you guess which one is drawn from evil and which one good, and debate whether that’s right.
There are also 70 new archetypes like Zealot Paladin or Circle of Bones (again, one of those two sounds evil might start a debate) and 10 new races.
It’s a pledge of £22 to unlock the first reward, which will be either an Angelus or Malicious PDF set. You get the core book for that (one), the setting, a thank you and associated STL files for minis.
Want both? It’s much more cost-effective at £36.
Stepping up to £56 will get you all of the above plus one of the core Corpus books in hardcover and the companion setting in softcover, plus a map.
Want both the core books in the Corpus Collection? That’s £109, but Dream Realm calculates that’s about a hundred bucks saved compared to buying the pieces.
Below and above, there are other pledge tiers, such as the box set with limited edition books.
The estimated delivery date for the project is August 2022, and DRS has had enough experience with Kickstarter to learn some lessons from previous campaigns.
