Trap Jaw is a weapons expert cyborg with quite a bit! The original story has Trap Jaw as a villain from a Universe that Skeletor invades purely in an attempt to access Castle Grayskull.
On the run, Trap Jaw literally stumbles into Skeletor and knocks them both into Eternia. When Trap Jaw emerges from the portal, he’s connected to the Castle by a magical cord and is so powerful that neither He-Man nor Skeletor can defeat him. They have to team up.
The rest, of course, is history. Trap Jaw becomes one of skull-face’s most lacky of lackies.
