The Only Sheet is a character sheet workbook that’s powered by Excel. You can download a free demo and see how the functions and processing of Microsoft’s spreadsheet solution is used to help automate character sheet maintenance and character building.
There are various editions of TOS, one for 5e, one for Pathfinder, free and paid-for. The TOS 2nd CORE edition for Pathfinder 2e is now free for PC Excel users.

The CORE edition is not limited to the Pathfinder 2e core rule book and there’s the ability to create your own custom classes, feats, spells, etc.
The latest edition adds in content from Lost OMens: The Mwangi Expanse with Anadi, Conrasu, Gnoll, Golma, Grippli and Shisk ancestries added. Bone Rider, Demonbane Warrior and Demonbane Frenzy are added as feats.
However, it’s worth noting that TOS does not work well, or at all, on Mac Excel or clone applications.
There’s a small but healthy Discord community around the Excel app too, and a good place for questions.
