Shoe blog The Sole Supplier hasn’t just recognised the overlap of geek influence and trainers but has gone big on it. The fashion site has launched The Sole Concept.
The Sole Concept is a hub devoted to concept shoes. We’ve seen some of this already from The Sole Supplier with their superhero shoes, another pop-culture nod.
Now, they’ve done gaming consoles, and since it’s GameCube’s 20th anniversary, they’ve included that purple console too.
It’s not just nostalgia. The stats say this is savvy marketing from the site. They’ve been looking at, and have shared, some search trend information.
