Cosplayers turning themselves into Pokemon isn’t new, but it might not be what you think.
If you’ve not encountered the trend, this isn’t a project with foam and monster transformation. Not usually. The approach is to lean into fashion, often glamour and frankly designs that might not be out of place on the catwalk. There can be slight animal features, but not always.
Cosplayer @PaicyaCosplay is a great example. The German artist shared her Glaceon to Reddit.
Glaceons are snow type Pokemon with the Snow Cloak ability and, if you can find it, the Ice Body. Eevees that level up near an icy rock become Glaceons. The Snow Cloak boosts evasion during hail storms while the ice body recovers a 16th of HP each turn while it’s hailing.
