There’s a cat character of sorts in the latest Star Trek. By “of sorts”, and bearing in mind I’ve not seen the latest series since it vanished from Netflix, I mean “an actual cat”.
Not a cat alien. A cat, and a cat called Grudge.
And Grudge wins us over with grumpy charisma, fluff and being a cat.
Star Trek Discovery: The Book of Grudge is an actual thing, and it’s published by Eaglemoss and Hero Collector. Written by Robb Pearlman, The Book of Grudge is a small hardback full of colour and a surprising amount of whimsy.

Readers get a Grudge eye view on space travel, care and training of alien species, haiku meditations and Star Trek-inspired quotes. Need napping thoughts? Get them here. You can be sure that the Queen does not hold back.
These cat thoughts are combined with art and photographs. The result is that you may find that Grudge has sold out on Amazon but you can buy it from the Eaglemoss site, depending on regions and restocks, of course.
Geek Native's policy is not to copy and paste entire press releases, though we do use quotes and comments from them. As often as possible, articles here contain analysis, observation and denote speculation. You can read the site's commitment to accuracy and disclosure here.
