Of all the cool things I’ve blogged about this year, which I didn’t buy but nearly did and am now wondering whether it was the right choice, then it’s this Mines of Moria sweater from Fun.com.
I don’t have the same dilemma around these remarkable Irregular Choice Wizard of Oz shoes made for Fun.com. Why? I just don’t have the ankles to risk it!
I know Irregular Choice and recognise when they’re reigning in the whimsy. These shoes may walk the Yellow Brick Road, but I’ve seen far more surreal creations from them. I count nine different styles, and here are some.
Yellow Brick Road Boot Heel
Boot heels to remember, with cushion insoles, zippers up the back, polyurethane faux suede and faux leather uppers. These heels light up! Press the button, and the Emerald City sparkles!
Wizard of the Oz Always Had the Power
These are classic witch killing shoes. Or “flats” as Irregular Choice call them. They sport polyurethane faux leather uppers, synthetic soles and one or two red sequins.
Wizard of Oz Fly My Pretties
These boots are entirely man-made material, use a zipper on the side and may or may not let you control flying monkeys.
Wizard of Oz Not In Kansas Anymore
The heel highlight is 3.5, and the design sports appliqued graphics, sequins glitter, plus the usual polyurethane faux leather uppers and synthetic soles.
