MORK BORG is an “artpunk” RPG inspired by doom metal. It’s set in a bleak world that will die and has a license for third-party creators.
The fashion for creating content for the system has reached as far as Rowan, Rook and Decard, who have announced ORC BORG.
In ORC BORG, players are orcs trapped on a spaceship flying towards a crash landing on some unfortunate planet.
The talented artist and designer Rollin Kunz (Infinite Goblins, Fragnarok) is a co-creator, working on the art.
The DERELICT is a great big beautiful trash rocket smashing through space and it is jam-packed with ORCS, generations upon generations of them, sporing and scrapping, building murderous idols to their mad gods, and praying for DOOM when the Derelict will crash into heaven and disgorge every dead-hard big-toothed bastard in a glorious green tide.
ORC BORG will contain all the rules and systems necessary to create a “punch-obsessed weirdo desperately trying to accelerate the apocalypse”.
The RPG has an orc cyborg class for MORK BORG called the ORCBORG, rules for piloting big robots, permanent injury and cybernetic rules and tips for jamming premade maps into Derelicts as a valid way to reduce prep work for the game!
There’s also a theme tune.
Rowan, Rook and Decard say the RPG is coming to a crowdfunding platform soon.
