The original Love Letter is a smash hit game that’s spawned many interesting versions. You could woo a Princess through risk, deduction, and luck in the original.
The latest twist also features a Princess, but differently, and if there’s a gold bikini in the game, it’s certainly not featured in the promo art. We’re talking Star Wars: Jabbas Palace.
Princess Leia does appear but looking badass in her Boushh bounty hunter armour.
The game is out now, in Asmodee’s web store and already availably internationally via Amazon. It’s already gone into my wishlist.
Asmodee suggests that the game takes about 20 minutes to play, which would be longer than my Batman Love Letter missions, and suits 2 to 6 players. I’d recommend at least 3 based on my experience of the variants.
