Cliff Beasts 6: Battle for Everest – Memories of a Requiem may have actually been advertised. I’ve found a poster. But it’s not real.
On April Fools’ Netflix will launch its movie about making a movie during the pandemic, making the name “The Bubble” even more appropriate. We’ve had to deal with Bubbles during the pandemic and it is just like movie-makers to make a movie about themselves.
That impressive cast features Karen Gillan, Kate McKinnon, Keegan-Michael Key, Leslie Mann, Iris Apatow, David Duchovny, Pedro Pascal, Fred Armisen and Maria Bakalova.
Netflix says;
As one of the only two films in production during lockdown, Cliff Beasts 6 is a blockbuster that creators hope will help viewers forget about the state of the world (because flying dinosaurs are less scary than a global pandemic). However, as the cast and crew film in total isolation, they quickly realize that trying not to go stir-crazy is the real adventure.

As was Cliff Beasts 6 in the fiction, so was The Bubble, apparently filmed in the UK. Starting in February last year and wrapping as early as April. Baked Studios and Industrial Light & Magic had the task of making the special effects look good when we needed them to and yet Cliff Beasts cheap when that was more appropriate.
