At the Etsy boutique Alien and UFO Goods I found these earrings instead. They’re marked as Halloween earrings and dinosaur earrings, so I figure I can ignore all that and share straight away. These are Xenomorph Earrings.

Alien and UFO goods say they’re made from stainless steel and use push back closures.
The catch? They do ship from China, so you’ll have to wrestle with human rights ethics and the chance of logistic delays. It’s worth remembering that Etsy will offset the carbon emissions from all that transport.
The second catch? You may not even get the chance to debate whether you’ll accept the shipping drama. The store won’t ship to the UK, and so there are clearly some chunky geographic restrictions, although, with Brexit in place, the UK isn’t a great measure of what an international store is willing to do.
