Isekai Yakkyoku is a medicial isekai. That’s to say, a Japanese doctor is reincarnated into a magical world, with the ability to see energies that assist with actual medicine, and so sets up a clinic.
Crunchyroll is translating Iseaki Yakkyoku as Another World Pharmacy, and so perhaps if they stream the show, they’ll call it that. However, it seems to be more widely known as Parallel World Pharmacy, and that’s the title for the light novels on Amazon.
Despite the Amazon UK listing giving Jovancy Garcia (the voice actor??) the author credit, I’m calling the show Parallel World Pharmacy. The author is definitely Liz Takayama.
The anime is being directed by Keizō Kusakawa from Diomedea. It’s due out in Japan this year.
Amazon describes the light novels;
Overworking killed a young Japanese pharmacologist and researcher, and he was reincarnated in a Medieval Parallel Europe. He was reincarnated as a 10-year-old apprentice to a well-known Royal Court apothecary, and he had developed inhuman abilities to see through disease, material creation, and material annihilation.
In a culture where dubious medical practices are pervasive, price gouging is rampant due to the pharmacist guild’s monopoly, and proper medicine is unavailable to the general public, At the time, he was acknowledged by the Emperor and built a pharmacy on the town’s outskirts.
