Greece-based Archvillain Games offers 3D printable models.
They have over 7,000 supporters on their Patreon which speaks to the quality of those designs. Since 2019. Archvillain has released more than 500 of them. The lowest Patreon tier is $9 per month.
Archvillain has also published 26 one-shot 5e adventures, and they’ve teamed up with Ed Greenwood, the creator of The Forgotten Realms, to expand that into the Drifting Havens.

Drifting Havens will merge Archvillain’s model making with Ed’s world-building into an original setting.
