Not the Fiend Folio, but the Friend Folio, and not D&D books, but cool merch. I like the attitude on display on Savagesparrow Studios‘ Kickstarter, and so does the community as the project has been funded.
There are about two weeks left to join in on t-shirts, pins, stickers and other merch. There’s no video, but you can check out the details below or from the pitch page.
Jennifer Brazas puts a nerdy and feminine twist on design, it’s a bit edgy, and I think D&D players will relate.
We’ve got “The Audacity of this Lich” and “I Like Big Brains” in unisex sizes on default. “I Only Have Eyes for You”, the Baeholder Reprint is unlocked and “Stay Thirsty” (vampire) is on-target.
The catch? No UK shopping, likely thanks to Brexit. Savagesparrow Studios is looking at an Etsy store, as they handle some of that paperwork horror, and I very much hope that happens.
Jennifer notes;
I grew up playing tabletop roleplaying games, Dungeons and Dragons being my gateway to the hobby like so many others. This collection is a love letter to those memories, and my favorite monsters that helped create so many wonderful moments and amazing stories. My favorite thing about getting into apparel design has been seeing how the people I gamed with growing up are now sharing their love of the hobby with the next generation of roleplayers. I hope that my designs will inspire more celebration of roleplaying and the incredible community that I love and adore!
If you back the project with $12 you’ll be rewarded with a pin and a sticker and access to BackerKit. There are tiers before that.
Those supporters who can step up to $25 will get a t-shirt and sticker. The size and design is your choice.
A sticker, pein, and t-shirt reward at $35 and one of each at $60 for economies of scale.
There’s a retailer tier at $200 and Jennifer estimates fulfilment around June this year.
