Following the plot of the comic books Thor: Love and Thunder confirm that Jane Foster becomes Thor, and Natalie Portman’s character is worthy.
The fourth Thor movie, which follows Ragnarok and is also helmed by Taika Waititi, is loaded with Guardians of the Galaxy goodness. Guns ‘N Roses’s “Sweet Child ‘Mine” is accompanying the teaser trailer, and that’ll be sweet music to whoever has the royalties.
Korg, the rock gladiator, played by Waititi, also seems to have a pretty big part. Thankfully, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie is another fan favourite featured.
The teaser suggests that Thor is trying to find himself, and along the way, we’ll meet Zeus, Valkyrie gets bored being the boss of New Asgard and Star-Lord seems to be trying to help. Did anyone spot Gamora, though?
We’re expecting the movie out in July, with 8th being the most common, but as late as the 13th for France and perhaps as early as the 6th for Italy.
