Isekai Quartet is a mashup of an anime. It is a crossover of KonoSuba, Overlord, Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, Saga of Tanya the Evil and The Rising of the Shield Hero. These isekai are all from Kadokawa.
Isekai is a genre in which people from one world travel to another, for example, dying in our world only to resurrect as a hero in a fantasy world. No prizes for guessing what happens in Isekai Quartet the Movie: Another World.
Like the music? It’s “Melodic Road Movie” by Konomi Suzuki featuring Kashitaro Ito.

The movie is coming to cinemas in Japan in June. It’s written and directed by Minoru Ashina, with Studio Puyukai providing the muscle.
Will it come to streaming platforms? Given Crunchyroll’s current relationship, it certainly could, but we’ll need to see how the feature-length does.
