The d4 is a strange triangular beast. Are you convinced it rolls right? Does it roll at all? Illustrator Nick DiFabbio as a facepalm “its so obvious” solution – use a d20 and have 1-4 five times.
Cherry Moth Cake’s dice are a d4s but roll nice. There’s still time on the clock for the campaign, which you can join from the Kickstarter pitch.
There are ethics in this Kickstarter, as much as the engine of luxury retail allows, as the dice are packaged in sustainable, biodegradable pop-top flower containers.
Red and blue dice are found in the basic set and glowing green are in the premium set.
Of course, material availability and the supply chain is an issue right now; but we’ve already had the molds made and prototyped our colorways so the most time consuming part is past us. We’ve set August as the estimated delivery date to give ourselves a very large buffer, but it is likely we will be able to ship well before then barring any production hiccups.
You can support this Kickstarter for any amount of money or by sharing it on social media.
However, backers at $18 will get the basic D420 set, the flower tube and a sticker.
At $20, the dice become premium.
There are two other pledge tiers still open, one at $36 for both a basic and premium set and one for retailers at $350 for 10 of each.
The estimated delivery date is in August 2022.
