When we last visited Leyline Press it was the ruined future of Salvage Union. Now it’s the mythological past.
Albion Tales is a retro-fantasy zine bundle for Old School Essentials and other classic fantasy RPGs. The target goal was low at £600, quickly met, and the project is racing towards 150 backers already. You can join in, find out more or pledge from the pitch page.
Leyline Press, a project from two friends based in the UK, is back with their third Kickstarter.
There are also three adventures in the fold-out Riso printed modules. Well, it is a lucky number according to British folklore.
Those three are;
- The Isle of Glaslyn – A hexcrawl on an island inspired by Welsh mythology. It doesn’t take much physical space.
- Bastard King of Thraxford Castle – Leaning into Hammer Horror’s lens of British history, this fold-out has horrible monsters, just has horrific treasures and a full settlement of the dead.
- The God with No Name – and this is the mature one with adult content and body horror. And dwarves.
We’re keeping this Kickstarter Campaign super simple. There’s just two pledge levels. A Digital Pledge where you will receive all three of the modules in PDF format and a Physical Pledge where you will receive all three of the modules in both digital and print format with shipping paid at checkout.
The pledge tiers are as simple as advertised.
You support the project with any money or a social media share, but if you have £7 in backing, you’ll be rewarded with PDFs for all three adventures. Ley Line will email you the files.
Alternatively, as most people have gone for, if you can support the OSE adventures with £15, you’ll get the PDFs in your inbox and physical copies sent to you.
Is that the end of the story? Community contributions can be found in the comment section at the end of the page.
