The blue and white cloth is just about £11 from Forbidden Planet, so not too expensive. If about 100 readers buy through the retailer’s affiliate program and this blog, I’ll make my money back. That won’t happen, but it’s worth the punt!
This version of Toho’s kaiju is 100% cotton and evokes that classic Japanese art style. At first glance, you might not even notice Godzilla in mid-distance in the tea towel’s vista. The monster is there, though.
Forbidden Planet estimates a July 31st release date for the limited item, which is original to them. Pre-orders are open, as I’m demonstrating.
