I doubt Merchoid will be pleased with me, and I’ve bought their Warhammer 40K merch before, but I have a real dilemma with these 40K ties.
I can’t decide whether there’s a suave way to sneak some gaming goodness into work or a posh function. You know, like a wedding, would you wear a Warhammer 40K tie to a wedding? But, it might also be really sinister.
After all, Warhammer 40K is a grimdark future because to try and survive, humanity has become fascist bastards. Games Workshop sometimes has to put its foot down and push actual Nazis out of the fan space.
So perhaps a business tie isn’t as much fun as a Christmas jumper? Perhaps a tie is a weird way of saying “This is what it should be” or “The powers at be back this” or “We are among you”?
I dunno? Am I overthinking? Underthinking?
