A premiere date for The Devil is a Part-Timer! season 2

The Devil is a Part-Timer! is an anime in which a powerful demon lord quits his world, comes here and ends up working in a burger bar.

Despite trying to retire to such a mundane life, trouble in the form of other demonic or heroic migrants find our anti-hero.

I don’t speak Japanese, so it’s even funnier when the little girl appears to call the Devil Satan.

Season two is coming, and, weirdly, in Japan, the Devil comes from a surprising source – Disney+. The series areas July 14th.

Sony had the license for season 1 for Western audiences; we’ll have to see what happens this time.

The novels are available through Yen Press and they describe it;

After being soundly thrashed by the hero Emilia, the Devil King and his general beat a hasty retreat to a parallel universe… only to land plop in the middle of bustling, modern-day Tokyo! Lacking the magic necessary to return home, the two are forced to assume human identities and live average human lives until they can find a better solution.
