It’s day one of Amazon Prime Day, and as much as I want to support friendly local game stores, they can’t stock everything I need. As it happens, my loot this year has been limited to a duvet, an electronic food scale and an Amazon Dot.
You could do better, and in this week of lightning sales and price discounts that vanish in hours, the killer deal of the hour is this Adventurer’s Bag from Enhance. It fits 4 to 8 fat D&D hardbacks or other similar-sized tomes, has mini storage, token pockets and… look, even a rolled-up battle map area!
It’s a 22% discount right now. The nature of Amazon Prime Day, the slightly evil “fear of missing out”, means that won’t last like that for long but may return later.
The mini section can carry 16 28mm figures and look snug. The “Personal Arcane Library”‘ is a silly name, but a functional space and enough for a core set of rules.
The “Battlemap Carrying Loop” is much less of a cringe name, and while it won’t keep your map dry, it will get it from A to B.
There are also quick access loot pouches, which we’ll give middle scores, but concede that you sometimes just want quick access.
Prime Day is a moving target, and my search string for RPG products will be refreshed a few times before Thursday rolls around, I’m sure.
