Dog House Rules are Kickstarting their all-age-appropriate Savage Worlds Dustbunnies: Life Under the Couch core rules.
Karl and the team are asking for $5,000 and are close to hitting that goal. You could be that backer. Note, though, that it’s not a standalone RPG as you’ll need to get hold of the core Savage Worlds rules if you don’t already have them.
You can see how close they are to target, or join the backers, over on Kickstarter.
In theory, there’s a free to download preview in the fuzzy shape of Dustbunny Ray, but I think you can just click ‘enlarge’ to see the whole single-page teaser. It’s more like an advert.
Dustbunnies’ core rules, the second book of three novice rank adventures and a bunch of stuff such as colouring in character sheets, GM screen bits and an action deck hinge on the campaign.
As you’d expect for a Savage World setting, there are new rules, new edges and backgrounds to shape the game.
Welcome to the hidden realm of the Dustbunnies. Forget everything you think you know about life under the couch.
You can support the campaign by sharing it on social media or by promising some cash. If you pledge $10 or more, you’ll get a PDF copy of the setting.
Stepping up to $15 adds a discounted print-on-demand copy, but you’ll have shipping to pay on top of that.
The Ready-to-Roll Package digital edition and any digital stretch goals are added to backers at $25.
Then, at $40 there’s all that plus the print-on-demand coupons for all the extra books.
The top tier has sold out, leaving $75 as the highest remaining, which gives you the perk of naming a Dustbunny in the colouring in book. Please name on Balrog, and please have Balrog live on a balrug.
