Ireland’s Cubicle 7 has announced a new and original IP RPG called Broken Weave. It’ll first come to 5e and then have its unique system a few years later.
The setting is tragic, where the gods are dead, and the world is beginning to forget. Time and distance have lost their meanings, but all is not lost as Community, hope, and trust can remake the world.
The art looks great with JG O’Donoghue, Sam Manley, Runesael Flynn, and Dániel Kovács involved.
The weave of magic is broken. The gods are dead, the lands are shattered, and the world has begun to forget what it once was. Time and distance have lost their meaning, the knowledge of how things once were drifts away like smoke, and those who remain struggle to live in a shattered world.
Broken Weave is slated for 2023, which puts it behind Victoriana on the release roster. I note that Cubicle 7 make a point of reminding readers that Victoriana is also a unique IP.
