It's not Harry Potter: It's Mashle: Magic and Muscles

Aniplex are bringing the original Hajime Kōmoto’s Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga to anime fans with an adaptation.

The first trailer, a short one, is enough to reveal that Chiaki Kobayashi will play Mash. Previously, Chiaki was young Askleadd in Vinland Saga, Tomoya in the Summer Ghost movie, and Louis James Moriarty in Moriarty the Patriot.
