Pinnacle Entertainment has a double feature of Savage Worlds on Kickstarter with Pinebook Middle School and the Horror Companion.
While there’s one campaign, it’s already hit the target, and you can find a supporter’s tier that will give you a choice of book or both. Tempted? You can see more on the pitch page.
The Horror Companion for Savage Worlds has new Hindrances, Edges, Gear, and rules for horror settings.
Pinebook Middle School box is a setting with magic, monsters and the scariest thing of them all – school. It’s a Kids on Bikes genre setting.
Between the two books, there are over 100 new monsters ready for Savage Worlds’ frights.
From the fiendish minds behind East Texas University, Pinebox Middle School is a brand new “kids on bikes” setting for Savage Worlds! The players take the roles of middle school kids who just can’t escape the supernatural horrors that plague the town of Pinebox, Texas! Your parents don’t believe you. Your teachers are too busy to care. Law enforcement officers are in way over their heads. If anyone is going to save the world and get home in time for bedtime, it’s up to a group of clever Texas kids from the heartland! Yippee Ki Yay!
There are loads of pledge tiers, given that there are two books and several formats, but here are some highlights.
For $20, backers can get the Horror Companion or Pinebox Middle School in PDF. The Horror Companion is very much more popular att the time of writing.
At $40, backers can pick any one of the two and get both the PDF and print copies. PEG offer worldwide shopping, but you’ll have to work the details out later.
Then, at $50, you can get Horror, the extras and stretch goals in digital. Or $55 for Pinebox.
Digital All In unlocks at $75 for both books, and the Print All in is an option at $200.
Before that, though, you can get all the print offerings for the Horror companion at $100 and Pinebox at $150.
There are add-ons available if you don’t see the combo you like. PEG estimates digital delivery for December 2022 and print for May 2023.
