The winter chill continues to seep through Kickstarter, but the D&D movie hype is warming up a little.
News sparks? Okay, here goes!
- Gloomhaven is getting a tabletop RPG
- Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast bosses defend their D&D and M;TG plans
- Conan RPG will end as license transfers
- Paizo has reshuffled their staff and introduced a new narrative team
- Iron Crown Enterprises publishes their Rolemaster Core Law.
Geek Native is testing Mastodon and on the Dice.Camp instance, which is popular with tabletop gamers.
Whether it’s Mastodon, Facebook or Twitter, you’ll find it hard to avoid the AI debate that’s raging, so I’ll take this chance to highlight Geek Native’s ethics policy.
It’s better we have this debate and increase our all-around education and awareness than ignore it, but I’ll stop in case I’m getting preachy.
Lastly, good luck with the shopping season during the cost of living crisis. It’s not easy. If you’re a publisher with news, then get in touch, and if we can earn pennies together, we’ll try, but we’ll need news news.
Now, the RPG news!
