Kettlebells are popular as home weights as they’re so versatile. I hadn’t imagined them as a fashionable statement piece before, but this geek struggles with thinking about fitness at all.
Then Phoenix Fitness, somehow, got these skull kettlebells on my Amazon feed. I admit, I doubt I could lift many, if any, of them and yet I still fancy a set! Delivery driver, sorry about that!
The skull weights are a set, but you’re buying one at a time, so they’re not cheap. Splash your cash on 12kg, 16kg, 20kg or, eek, 24kg doom faces for your living room, bedroom, garage or wherever stylish weights go when they’re at home.
The Amazon Boxing Day sale is on, but I suspect these baddies won’t be in it! My hunch is that the New Year is an event that pushes the price of fitness gear up, not down!
Phoenix says that the skulls are ergonomically designed to support your grip, the flat bases help keep them safe, and they’re made from cast iron that’s then protected by a coating of black powder. THey’re 27cm high by 19cm wide.
