Sorcerer Games has ten adventures in a weeklong bundle sale at the Bundle of Holding. These are what Purple Sorcerer calls “Funnels”, deadly introductory adventures for swathes of low-level canon fodder player characters.
Yes, in these Dungeon Crawl Classic adventures, PCs die like kobolds, and each player has four to control. In Dungeon Crawl Classics, it’s quick and easy to make zero-level characters.
Purple Collection – $9.95
If you wanted to buy these dangerous PC-killing modules from online stores, it would cost US$45. You can buy more from Purple Sorcerer’s virtual shelf on DriveThruRPG.
- DCC Sunken City Omnibus
- Sullenlands Adventure Omnibus
- Carnival of the Damned
- Escape From the Shrouded Fen
Purple Sorcerer’s Jon Marr created Perils of the Sunken City for 15 0-level characters. Since then, Purple has released half a dozen heavily playtested, charmingly bloodthirsty funnels that send noobs to their deaths in caverns, canyons, swamps, haunted Blackwater Manor (where the dumbwaiter is occupied by a diseased raccoon), and a Carnival of the Damned with a Tilt-a-Whirl, a snake pit, a petting zoo, a Bone Coaster, and Whack-a-Mole. Please grieve for the battalions of poor 0-level not-yet-PCs who have fallen to these beautiful dangers.
