Yesterday’s Routinely Itemised squeezed in the news that Wizards of the Coast send actual Pinkertons (who are still a thing) in to raid a Magic: The Gathering YouTube streamer’s house. They had Magic cards that they shouldn’t have had.
Honest mistakes all around? The heavy-handed response has made the YouTuber even more popular and damaged WotC’s shaky PR again. It’s also why the Bundle of Holding’s flash sale on Solidarity RPGs notes that they’re Pinkerton-free tabletop RPG ebooks.
