We are getting a Jujutsu Kaisen season 2.
The trailer featuring the show’s opening theme, “Ao no Sumika” from Tatsuya Kitani, gives us a look at frantic combat and some sombre emotions.
The second series is due July 6th in Japan, and Crunchyroll may pick it up. Sony’s anime platform had season one and then Jujutsu Kaisen 0, which earned about $180 million worldwide.
Season 2 is the Hidden Inventory and Premature Death arc, which follows a younger Gojo and Nanami from their time at the school. However, we’ve Crunchyroll’s overall description of the series, which features more on Gojo’s pupil, Yuji, to go on.
Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna. Guided by the most powerful of sorcerers, Satoru Gojo, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Jujutsu High School, an organization that fights the curses… and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a curse to exorcise a curse, a life from which he could never turn back.
