Because everything sounds better with Matt Berry involved, one TikTok user – and master impressionist – decided to creatively reimagine the role of the Baldur’s Gate 3 narrater as the What We Do in the Shadows actor.
Ben Kearns‘ TikTok video, dated August 10th, has since gone viral, and it’s not difficult to see why – this had me chuckling away this afternoon.
The opening line started with: “Good God man, aren’t you done with the character creation yet?” and just gets better from there, really.
Kearns really nails Berry’s unique intonations ways of pronouncing his words – something the actor is famous for (along with his roles in TV shows such as The IT Crowd, The Mighty Boosh, and Toast of London – did you also know he makes a cameo in Moon?).
